If you would like to verify a current or past employee’s employment please note that Tallahassee Primary Care Services uses The Work Number® for all employment verifications. Verifications may be completed 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. All verifiers must be credentialed with Equifax/The Work Number before using the service. All verifiers must obtain and keep employee authorization forms and adhere to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
For Verifications of Employment and/or Income (not a Social Services Verification)
- Log into www.theworknumber.com and select “Verify for Your Organization”
- If you have never logged into the system, you will need to complete the verification steps.
- Once you have logged in enter Employer Code, 4522054
- Enter the Employee’s Social Security Number
For Social Services Verifications (Medicaid, SSI/SSDI, Child Support, etc.)
- Log into www.theworknumber.com and select “Government Program Verification”
- If you have never logged into the system, you will need to complete the verification steps.
- Once you have logged in enter Employer Code, 4522054
- Enter the Employee’s Social Security Number
