Patients of all ages are welcome! We serve individuals, groups, and families.
Ready for a Consultation? Apply Now.
We are now conducting Travel Consultations at this time for patients of all ages and we serve individuals, families, and groups. An application must be completed online or in person prior to scheduling and once you have completed the application, our travel nurses will call you to schedule. Please allow two to three weeks to accommodate for scheduling. If you have questions please call the clinic at (850) 942-6624, followed by option 5. Please bring any prior vaccine records with you to your consultation
The Center for Disease Control recommends meeting with a travel health professional 4-6 weeks prior to traveling abroad. As travel can be stressful to the mind and body, we ask that you not only take time to see us, but also see your primary care provider before you travel (we recommend within 3 months of your trip). Coordination with our Trip Rx team and your primary care provider will help you feel assured that you are well-prepared for your travel adventure!
For your convenience, vaccinations and any medications needed and/or requested will be given at the time of your consultation. Please note that consultations are required for prescribed medications and the Yellow Fever vaccine. They are not required for most vaccines, although highly recommended. Those that elect to only attend our vaccine clinic will need to inform the scheduling staff of desired vaccinations at the time their appointment is scheduled. You will be informed at that time if a consultation is required for your desired vaccinations.
Tallahassee Primary Care Associates’ Trip Rx travel medicine program is proud to provide one of the largest selections of vaccines available in North Florida and South Georgia. We are also an honored member of the International Society of Travel Medicine (ISTM).
