The National Lung Screening Trial found a 20% decrease in lung cancer mortality rate in individuals who participated in CT screenings. TPCA is proud to announce that we now offer Low Dose Computed Tomography (LDCT) lung screening exams. A LDCT lung screening exam is a non-contrast five minute test designed for high risk smokers. If you meet the following requirements, contact your primary care provider TODAY to discuss screening options.
- Smoker/former smoker between the ages of 55 and 74
- Smoke(d) one pack per day for the past 30 years
