Dr. WILLIAM T. KEPPER MD and TPCA jointly announce Dr. Kepper will be leaving TPCA effective 12/31/2014. Dr. Kepper will remain at his present location and will continue to provide outstanding patient care as Dr. Kepper has done for the last 35 years.
All patient records will continue to be maintained by Dr. Kepper and TPCA plans to transfer the records to Dr. Kepper. However, if you select another provider, you will need to complete an “Authorization for Release of Information” and send it to Dr. Kepper in order to transfer your records.
